By purchasing and downloading any sheet music from BrianAKwan.com, you agree to the following terms:

License and Usage Rights

Each purchase grants the intended buyer and their ensemble the right to:

• Print an unlimited number of copies for use within their choir or organization.

• Perform the piece publicly or privately with that ensemble, including in concerts, worship services, festivals, or recordings.

This license is exclusive to the purchasing ensemble or individual.
The sheet music may not be shared, resold, transferred, or distributed in any form—digitally or physically—to any other ensemble, school, director, or third party.

If you are purchasing on behalf of multiple ensembles or campuses, please contact us to request a multi-site license.

Delivery of Digital Products

All sheet music is delivered digitally via email as a PDF file. Your email address is required at checkout to fulfill the order and to personalize the footer of the score (if applicable).

Please ensure your email is entered correctly. If you do not receive your file within 48 hours, contact us at brianquancomposer@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you.
